To know the theory of psychoanalysis according to Sigmund Freud. To find out the application of student moral development at MTsN Langkat. To find out Sigmund Freud's psychoanalysis in the application of student moral development in class VII MTsN Langkat. Field research was used to obtain the data needed in this study, namely by using data collection tools through observation, interviews or structured interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was then processed and analyzed. In this study, qualitative research was used with an analytical description approach, namely by describing the research results obtained through structured interviews on research sources. The results of the research Psychoanalytic theory is a theory that discusses the nature and development of personality forms possessed by humans. The main elements in this theory are motivation, emotions and other aspects of personality. The basis of psychoanalytic theory is to assume that personality will begin to develop when there are conflicts from the psychological aspects themselves. These symptoms usually occur in children or at an early age. Then Sigmund Freud's opinion about human personality is based on the experiences of his patients. Sigmund Freud was a psychological scientist known for his ideas about the human personality based on his analysis of dreams, and his extensive reading of various scientific and humanitarian literature. These experiences became the basic data for the evolution of Freud's theory of personality, or what we know as psychoanalytic theory. For Freud, this theory tends to follow observations in the concept of personality, so that it will continue to undergo revisions, even up to the last 50 years of his life. Efforts to develop morals as a support for learning in order to achieve the learning objectives themselves, various efforts are made in fostering the morals of students so that they become human beings who practice their religious teachings, namely Islam, namely by instilling religious values or moral values. The moral values instilled are as follows: Weekly worship/reading Surah Yasin before entering school for one forty-five minutes/tausyah, noon prayer in congregation, prayer room picket, plus extracurricular activities such as: Finish reading the Qur'an 'an, the art of reading the Koran, syarhil qur'an, here Islamic such as: nasyid, Islamic poetry, guidance for youth on morals, and commemoration of Islamic holidays. Which in essence is in fostering student morals with three important things as an effort, namely instilling and awakening religious beliefs, instilling social ethics and instilling good habits.
