Based on the results of observations and interviews with the head of MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam Kec. Tanjung Pura who explained that the performance of teachers in kindergarten needs to be repaired and improved. This is because teachers at MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam teaching techniques have not fully implemented innovative teaching techniques so that teaching and learning activities are still very monotonous, namely students are not actively involved in class. So that in response to this problem the school principal created a class to class system. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods to describe the results of research findings through observation, interviews and documentation techniques so that the following conclusions were obtained: Implementation of supervision applied by the head of the madrasa at MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam, namely carried out as follows Coordinator, Consultant ( helper), Group leader, Evaluator. This implementation was carried out by means of the head of the madrasa as coordinator, consultant, group leader and evaluator as a step in implementing supervision at MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam. The level of teacher professional performance in teaching activities is maximal and can be categorized as good based on the following findings: Teaching Aspects, namely teachers are able to manage student learning which is categorized as good. Aspects of personality, namely the ability of a solid personality, noble, wise, and authoritative as well as being a role model for students who are categorized as very good. The social aspect is the teacher's ability to communicate and interact effectively and efficiently. Professional aspect. and teaching techniques applied by some teachers are things that must be improved and get attention from the madrasah. Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors Implementation of Supervision of Madrasah Heads in Improving Teacher Performance at MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam, namely increased student achievement, teacher and student psychology in good condition, communicative teacher and student responses and the creation of a conducive learning atmosphere. The inhibiting factor for supervision is the limited time allocation.
