The subjects in this research were 30 class VI students at SDN 105343 Ramunia I/II and the object of this research was to see improvements in the learning process carried out. 2) the effectiveness of media in developing mathematics learning on students' mathematical communication skills. The learning media developed (The media has met the level of validity with a reliability coefficient of 0.790. Based on data obtained from testing the learning media, it is known that: 1) the media developed has been able to meet the effectiveness of the learning process, where: The percentage of student learning completion that reaches the level of ability 86.67% of students' mathematical communication is classical from 30 students, and students' responses to the media and learning process are positive; 2) there was an increase in students' mathematical communication skills using learning media on the subject of blocks, achieving an increase as seen from the percentage of achievement of students' mathematical communication skills in trial I, which was 70.00%, increasing to 86.67% in trial II. The authority of PAI teachers is a crucial aspect that can influence a student's character building and social skills which include the ability to communicate, teamwork, time management, and critical thinking. Therefore, the authority of PAI teachers is a very important aspect that can affect the formation of students' character and social skills. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study consisted of PAI teachers, students, principals, and vice principals. The results of the study have shown that PAI teachers at SMP IT Nurul Ilmi Deli Serdang have high authority which can be seen from how they teach, are able to provide role models, and guide and direct students. Authoritative teachers can create a conducive environment, and inspire students to behave positively. The implications of this study indicate that increasing the authority of PAI teachers through training and professional development is very important to support the progress of character education. Interests and talents are key for students this paper is the result af qualitative descriptive research aimed at understanding the interests an talents of students. The research findings indicate thar interests and talents rafer to the understanfing outcames of students. The strategies applied by classroom teachers include incorporating interest and talent material into the learning contents, selecting appropriate methods and media, providing remedial support, fostering communication,setting examples,showing appreciation and knowledge, indentifying and selecting assistance programs. The competency of classroom teachers still needs to be enhanced so that students interests an taletants in learning can improve from the previous state. Interaksi yang positif dapat memberikan dukungan sosial dan pengalaman belajar sosial yang berharga. Namun, pertemanan yang toxic dapat menyebabkan dampak serius terhadap kesehatan mental remaja, seperti stres, kecemasan, dan depresi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memahami fenomena kompleks ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan tiga remaja berusia 13-16 tahun. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan pertemanan yang toxic menimbulkan stres, kecemasan, depresi, penurunan harga diri, perilaku merugikan diri, dan isolasi sosial. Orang tua, sekolah, dan komunitas memiliki peran krusial dalam mendukung remaja menghadapi tantangan ini.
