According to an article quoted by detikedu citing BPS statistics, the cost of education rises by 10% to 15% each year. It should be realized that unequal education as a result of the high cost of education will affect all elements of social life. Education is not only expensive in public and private schools or educational institutions. This research uses a literature research approach. The literature search used keywords such as "education financing problems in Indonesia", "rising education costs", "high education costs", and other keyword combinations relevant to the topic. Education financing consists of investment costs, operating costs and personal costs. One of the most important aspects of achieving optimal educational goals is managing expenditure appropriately in accordance with the necessary financing needs. It is a sad reality that, due to lack of resources, disadvantaged children will continue to drop out of primary, junior secondary and senior secondary school, and will never have the opportunity to go to university. Method: The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study research method. The subjects in this research include supervisors, teachers, and principals involved in the transformational supervision programs in schools. Data collection is conducted through interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis adopts an inductive and thematic approach to identify emerging patterns and findings. The research results confirm that the Transformational Supervision Model is a powerful approach for driving educational innovation in primary schools. By engaging educational leaders who play a critical role in supporting and inspiring teachers, this model creates a supportive and motivating environment for innovative learning practices. The purpose of this study was to identify the correspondence management process, analyse the methods used, and evaluate its impact on the performance of administrative staff (TU). To achieve the above objectives, researchers used descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of correspondence management at MTsN 1 Langkat involved collecting and recording administrative information. This process is in accordance with the concept of office management which includes managing incoming letters, making internal letters, completing letters, distributing outgoing letters, monitoring the status of letters, and deleting unnecessary letters. In addition, correspondence management is integrated with the school's daily activities to support the teaching and learning process. The management of incoming and outgoing mail is carried out with certain procedures, although there are some discrepancies with the standard procedures. Incoming letters are received, sorted, recorded, scheduled, directed, delivered, duplicated and stored, while outgoing letters involve drafting, typing, signing, recording, sending and storing. Records management is carried out in a decentralised manner, where each Executive Department (JAPEL) manages its own archives. In improving the performance of TU staff, MTsN 1 Langkat adopts the principles of office management, such as the division of tasks based on ANJAB, fulfilment of facilities and tools, providing motivation, and staff development. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kampus Universitas Islam Negeri Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, yang menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus,kehadiran peneliti sangatlah berpengaruh dalam penelitian karena peneliti melaksanakan pengumpulan data melalui Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi dengan penguatan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan Triangulasi, yang digunakan peneliti yaitu Triangulasi teknik dan Triangulasi Sumber yang dilakukakan selama proses penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti di Universitas Islam Negeri Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung diantaranya adanya Program Kelas BTQ( Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an) yang menggunakan metode An-nahdliyah, kelas Tilawah dengan menggunakan beberapa lagu yang sudah ditentukan oleh pengelola, kelas Tahfidz menggunakan metode sorogan dan setoran hafalan, sedangkan pada program Kelas Kitab Turots yang terdiri dari tiga tingkatan yaitu Ula, Wustho dan Ulya yang menggunakan metode bandongan, lalaran, setoran hafalan dan menggunakan penulisan arab pegon bahasa jawa. Dalam program Madrasah diniyah yang sudah terlaksana di kampus Universitas Islam Negeri Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung selalu mengadakan Evalusi pada setiap pembelajaran yang nantinya juga akan berpengaruh pada program yang sudah terlakasana menjadi lebih baik, yaitu diantaranya menggunakan dua bentuk evaluasi yaitu evaluasi formatif yang dilaksanakan setiap pertemuan dan evaluasi sumatif yang dilaksankan di setiap akhir semester.</p> 2024-03-10T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Invention: Journal Research and Education Studies
