The research methodology employed is library research. Primary data are sources that provide data directly from the first hand or are original sources. Secondary data are in the form of other books related to the problems that are the subject of discussion in this article. The steps of library research include: determining and formulating the problem or topic to be studied, collecting various written sources relevant to the research topic, and evaluating the relevance and credibility of each source after a significant literature review. The researcher then analyzes the content of the selected literature to identify patterns, themes, and trends relevant to the research topic. Finally, literature synthesis is achieved by combining information from various sources to form a more comprehensive understanding of the research topic. The results indicate that leadership management in educational institutions under the Ministry of Religious Affairs is a crucial element in the pursuit of educational excellence. Leadership management in the Directorate of Islamic Religious Higher Education (Diktis) is defined as the process of managing and organizing activities and resources in an effort to achieve the institution's strategic goals related to Islamic religious higher education in Indonesia. Numbered Heads Together (NHT) is cooperative learning that focuses on influencing communication to help students face a problem by discussing their best ideas about the problem. NHT is a technique that teachers have implemented in the classroom to teach students speaking skills. Teachers must be clever in choosing learning methods or techniques that will be used in teaching because learning techniques are fundamental forms or concrete ways of implementing learning during the learning process to achieve learning goals. This research aims to determine how teachers implement the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) technique in teaching students' speaking skills, whether it is in accordance with theory or not. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, which aims to describe how teachers implement the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) technique in teaching speaking skills. Then, the instrument used in this research was an observation sheet. The teacher teaches Present Continuous 'What are you doing?' and asks students to sit in small groups using NHT to discuss assignments given by the teacher. The results of this research show that teachers do not fully implement the steps of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) technique in teaching speaking skills because the teacher has limited the time. To explain these errors, the researcher used Bluman's formula to see the percentage of errors made by students, and also the researcher categorized them based on the types of errors made by students. The location of this research was class XII IPS 3 SMAN 5 Bukittinggi with a sample of 33 students. Based on the text, the total percentage of errors for each tense from highest to lowest with a total average, namely from Past Progressive Tense with an average of 38 errors from 3 questions or 23.9% errors. Next, Simple Future Tense with an average of 28 errors out of 3 questions or 17.6% errors. Next, Simple Past Tense with an average of 19 errors out of 4 questions or 15.9% errors. Next, Present Perfect Tense with an average of 24.7 errors out of 3 questions or 15.5% errors. Next, Present Progressive Tense with an average of 17 errors out of 4 questions or 14.3% errors. The role of parents in children's emotional development is needed, because parents can accompany and develop children's intelligence as much as possible. The aim of this research is to describe the role of parents in the social emotions of early childhood and the factors that influence children's emotions. This research method is qualitative descriptive research. The type of research is Literature Study (Literature Study). The results of this research show that the role of parents in developing the social-emotional abilities of early childhood is as first and foremost educators as capital and as friends for children. The Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum with diverse intra-curricular learning where content is more optimal so that students have enough time to deepen concepts and strengthen skills. One of the schools that implemented the Merdeka curriculum is the SMAN 13 Medan. The type of research conducted was pre-experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted in a class that was selected by random sampling. From the results of data analysis, the average student pretest questionnaire results were obtained 124,45 while the average student posttest questionnaire results are 131,59. From the results of the calculation of the paired sample t-test at the real level ?=0,05 also obtained the value of tcount =5,14 and ttable =2,048. Because tcount &gt; t table then reject H0 and accept H1 which means that students' mathematics learning motivation after applying the Make a Match learning model is better than students' mathematics learning motivation before applying the Make a Match learning model.
