This research aims to understand what the role of advocates is in the justice system and law enforcement. The approach used in the research here is qualitative. The method used to collect information is through interviews. The data analysis process in this research is descriptive. The findings from this research state that advocates are considered law enforcers and are a profession that has freedom, independence and responsibility in carrying out their duties to enforce the law as regulated by law. In Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates, Advocates play a role in providing services for handling a case requested by their client, and in handling their duties there are non-litigation and also litigation ones. What is meant by litigation is in court and non-litigation is outside of court. In Indonesia, there are four justice systems which include General Courts, Religious Courts, State Administrative Courts, and Military Courts. The judicial system refers to all processes or procedures carried out in court, which involve examination, decision and trial of a case by applying the law.

Community service and law enforcement are among the professions required by the police. In evaluating services and law enforcement for the community, the police have a very important role in this field. One of them is that in serving the community, the police must be friendly, caring, polite and polite, and can provide solutions to the community so that the community can experience optimal service. Meanwhile, in law enforcement, apart from serving public complaints, the police also enforce the law. In enforcing this law, the police are required to act fairly, firmly, with authority, and with integrity towards the profession that is their duty. Therefore, in carrying out all these duties, the police also need ethics so that their main goals duties, and functions run well. This research aims to ensure that the professional ethics of the Republic of Indonesia police, in carrying out community service and law enforcement, will become a benchmark for becoming a police officer who can be trusted by all people in Indonesia. Thus creating a safer, fairer, and more dignified society.

Advocate performance is defined as the effectiveness of services provided by advocates and the efficiency of resources allocated and used to provide these services. There are several things that become obstacles for advocates in resolving cases, and there are certain burdens experienced by advocates. It is clear that becoming an advocate can be said to be easy or not easy, it all depends on the individual advocate. The aim of this research is to find out what influences workload and how to overcome this performance burden. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research using field research methods (empirical), namely research activities carried out at certain Advocates' homes. The data collection methods used by the author in this research were interviews, observation and documentation.

Advocate ethics are ethical guidelines for all advocates in Indonesia, but for advocates who are Muslim, they are bound by Islamic law, the source of which is the Al-Qur’an and Hadist, as the most important and highest guide to life above all else. The advocate profession is bound by a code of ethics in carrying out a profession emphasizes a formulation of good or bad advocate behavior on a formal legal basis, namely the clarity of the legitimate legal status of advocates. In a judicial system and professional organizations and or setting aside legal morals, namely a legal theory and legal philosophy which says that it can be used to require and or prohibit an advocate’s behavior based on a collective assessment of an advocate organization based on a code of ethics.

Penelitian ini berjudul ‘Penerapan metode diskusi dan problem solving sebagai upaya peningkatan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam bagi siswa Kelas V SD IT Fitrah Mandiri Kabupaten Aceh Singkil’. Siswa Kelas V SD berada pada tahapan operasional formal, sehingga pada pembelajaran guru diharapkan untuk menitikberatkan pada strategi pembelajaran dengan penggunaan pendekatan ataupun metode yang sesuai dengan materi untuk dapat mengembangkan daya fikir siswa dan membawa siswa aktif dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada siswa Kelas V SD IT Fitrah Mandiri Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus. Pada siklus I yang pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, cerita dan tanya jawab membawa siswa menjadi pasif dalam pembelajaran, dimana pembelajaran didominasi oleh guru. Rata-rata kelas pada siklus I adalah 70,1 dimana dari 24 orang siswa hanya 11 yang berhasil mencapai KKM. Sedangkan pada siklus II pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode diskusi dan problem solving. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif dengan penerapan metode ini, yang diikuti dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa yang seluruhnya telah mampu mencapai nilai KKM dengan rata-rata kelas 80,9. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan metode diskusi dan problem solving dapat menciptakan pembelajaran aktif sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa Kelas V SD IT Fitrah Mandiri Kabupaten Aceh Singkil.

Pemakaian Serbuk Ban Untuk Paving Blok Bentuk Heksagon (Segi Enam)

Paving blocks are one of the elements that are often found in building structures, because paving blocks are easy to print and maintain. Paving blocks mixed with tire powder have a light weight so that they do not overload the structure in building construction.This study aims to test the strength of paving blocks in the laboratory mixed with tire powder with a content of 0%, 5%, 10%, 20%, and 30% of the volume of sand. The paving blocks tested were hexagon-shaped. The results showed the same trend as shown by previous studies. The more tire powder content in the paving block, the shock strength of the paving block increases along with the addition of tire powder from 20 blows at 0% tire powder content to 58 blows at 30% tire powder content. Of the paving block shapes, hexagon-shaped paving blocks have better performance. The hexagon shape paving blocks produced in this study include quality B paving blocks in accordance with SNI 03-0691-1996 which can be used for parking lot and yard equipment.

Agriculture is the use of natural resources to produce food. The phenomenon that occurs is a decrease from year to year in the number of workers. Data shows that there has been a shift in interest in working in the agricultural sector. Efforts to increase the interest of the younger generation in the agricultural sector require an intensive and structured policy design. This research was carried out in Ngablak village, Magelang Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research subjects were young people aged 19 to 27 years. Data analysis was carried out with 3 participants and 1 informant using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection by observation and interviews. Non-participant observation, while the interview technique carried out by the researcher was an in-depth interview using a semi-structured method. Passion research results emerged because of work motivation, attractiveness to work and work activities. External factors that influence this are HR innovation, technology upgrades and human resource improvements. Other factors include government support, namely agricultural extension officers and fertilizer subsidies. This research also indicates that the interest of rice farming family members is low in working in the rice farming sector because of minimal income. A person's passion in the agricultural sector is influenced by interest in the field of work, motivation and work activities. External factors that influence passion are HR innovation, technology upgrades. and improving human resources. The suggestion is that there is an additional variable, namely the gender variable. Suggestions for improvement for the development of agricultural technology include agribusiness development, collaboration or research with developed countries that have already used technology in agriculture.
