The National Education System Law emphasizes the importance of education in the holistic development of individuals. However, the education system is faced with various challenges, including equitable access to education, varying education quality, and the relevance of the curriculum to the needs of the world of work. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to explore efforts to prevent juvenile delinquency in high schools. Through interviews with teachers and observations at school, this research found that communication between schools and parents as well as interpersonal communication between teachers and students have a crucial role in preventing juvenile delinquency. Prevention efforts are carried out by building good communication with parents, visiting the homes of students with problems, providing advice, guidance and direction to students, as well as developing students' social and emotional skills. The research results show that effective communication between schools and parents can produce positive changes in student behavior, reducing rates of truancy and withdrawal from school. Interpersonal communication between teachers and students plays an important role in helping students overcome personal and social problems, as well as building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Education has a crucial role in shaping individual character, knowledge and skills. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive using time series data from 2009-2023. The data sources used come from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Indonesian Bank (BI) which were processed using eviews 12. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa bahan ajar LKPD yang memuat materi bilangan pecahan dan bentuk pecahan. Model penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu ADDIE yang meliputi Analysis (analisis), Design (desain), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi) dan Evaluation (evaluasi). Pada penelitian pengembangan ini, peneliti membatasi tahap pengembangan sampai pada tahap Development (pengembangan). Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari lembar uji validitas, lembar praktikalitas serta soal pretest dan postest pemecahan masalah. Data hasil validitas, praktikalitas dan efektifitas yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik statistika deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas, LKPD berbasis RME untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah masuk dalam kategori sangat valid dengan perolehan skor rata-rata 3,83 sedangkan hasil uji praktikalis untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah masuk dalam kategori sangat praktis dengan skor 3,45 serta kefektifan LKPD ditinjau dari nilai pretest dan postest hasil belajar peserta didik diperoleh nilai gain 0,65 kategori sedang dengan persentase peningkatan 65% yang berarti memenuhi kriteria keefektifan.</p>2024-08-26T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pusat Studi Pendidikan Rakyathttps://pusdikra-publishing.com/index.php/jies/article/view/2062Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Pembelajaran IPAS Dengan Menggunakan Model Discovery Learning di Kelas IV SDN 15 Tabing Kecamatan Bonjol2024-08-30T14:07:54+00:00Fiza Nur Aisahfizanuraisah042024@gmail.comFarida Sfizanuraisah04@gmail.com<p>This research is based on the low learning outcomes of students, this is because teachers have not used innovative learning models that can attract students' attention. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of social science learning outcomes by using the Discovery Learning model in Class IV SDN 15 Tabing, Bonjol District. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) that uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. It is carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I consists of 2 meetings and cycle II consists of 1 meeting. Each cycle includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study are teachers and students of grade IV of SDN 15 Tabing with a total of 30 students, 10 male students and 20 female students. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, test, and non-test. The results of this study are guided by the recapitulation table of the results of the first cycle and the second cycle of research that have been presented in the discussion section, the results of this study show an increase in: a) the teaching module of the first cycle with an average of 81.81% qualification (good) and increased in the second cycle to 97.72% with qualification (very good), b) the implementation in the aspect of the teacher of the first cycle with an average of 82.8% qualification (good) and increased in the second cycle to 93.5% with qualifications (very good), in the aspect of students in the first cycle with an average of 82.8% of qualifications (good), and increased in the second cycle to 93.5% with qualifications (very good), c) the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle with an average of 76.78 with qualifications (adequate) and increased in the second cycle to 87.96 with qualifications (good). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa pemungutan tarif retribusi parkir kepada para juru parkir dilakukan dengan cara mendatangi para juru parkir di kawasan perparkiran mereka masing-masing. Ini dilakukan agar pelaksanaan retribusi parkir terkoordinir dengan baik agar para juru parkir tidak perlu mendatangi kantor untuk menyerahkan penghasilan mereka dan memastikan bahwa tidak ada juru parkir yang tidak menyerahkan penghasilanya dari retribusi tersebut. Guna memudahkan para kolektor dalam melakukan pemungutan retribusi maka Kepala Bagian Perparkiran Kota Gorontalo membagi personilnya sesuai dengan wilayah perparkiran yang telah ditentukan kepada setiap kolektor. Ini dilakukan agar kolektor mengetahui dengan jelas wilayah dan kawasan perparkiran yang dimana akan dilakukan penagihan retribusi parkir. Sehingga para kolektor mengetahui dengan jelas bahwa seluruh juru parkir di Kota Gorontalo telah memberikan retribusi parkir kepada Kolektor. Faktor penghambat dalam menanggulangi parkir liar pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Gorontalo, dimana terdapat beberapa narasumber yang masih mengeluh tentang kenyamanan dan keterbukaan, dan kepastian biaya parkir.
