Penerapan Financial Technology Pada Aplikasi Dana: Survei Di Kalangan Mahasiswa Universitas Medan

Aplikasi DANA merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang diterapkan sebagai dompet digital. DANA menjadi salah satu kebutuhan masyarakat seiring dengan perkembangan pada inovasi pembayaran non-tunai. DANA adalah komponen kunci yang telah terdaftar di Bank Indonesia dengan 4 liansi yang diantaranya yaitu sebagai uang elektronik, dompet digital, rimittance, dan Likuiditas Keuangan Digital (LKD). DANA menjadi bukti bahwasannya Indonesia mampu membangun dan meningkatkan teknoklogi dalam financial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan manfaat penggunaan aplikasi DANA bagi mahasiswa dan mengetahui dampak serta keuntungan penggunaan aplikasi DANA bagi mahasiswa Universitas Medan Area. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Medan Area, Medan, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik pngumpulan data langsung yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan beberapa kuisioner yang diajukan kepada responden untuk menjawab rumusan masalah serta pnarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penerapan financial technologi pada aplikasi DANA di Universitas Medan Area telah berjalan normal serta mempengaruhi mahasiswa di setiap kalangan untuk melakukan aktifitas financial menggunakan dompet digital DANA, (2) Dalam mewujudkan transaksi digital menggunakan DANA semakin meningkat sehingga menimbulkan dampak yang positif bagi pengguna aplikasi DANA, (3) Aplikasi DANA banyak memberikan keuntungan bagi mahasiswa terutama saat melakukan transaksi pembayaran yang sangat memudahkan mahasiswa dalam melakukan transaksi pembayaran tanpa perlu menunggu lama.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Law No. 4 of 2023 concerning the development and strengthening of the financial sector (P2SK) on the continuity of pension funds. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature with data collection tools, namely in-depth and staged interviews. The results obtained are Law No. 4 of 2023 is expected to increase the level of financial inclusion in the pension fund sector, increase old age protection for the community, especially workers, encourage public confidence in the implementation of pension programs and accelerate the accumulation of long-term funding sources as the main source of development financing.

Pengaruh Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Price to Book Value Dan Price Earning Ratio Terhadap Pembagian Dividen Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The growth and development of the manufacturing industry which has increased in recent years has made investors interested in investing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, Price to Book Value, and Price Earning Ratio on Dividend Distribution in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. By using purposive sampling technique, a research sample of 35 companies was obtained. The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously Return on Assets has an effect on dividend distribution in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Lama Mencari Kerja Perempuan Lulusan S1 Prodi Ekonomi Pembangunan FEB Universitas Riau

There are various factors that cause women to experience difficulties in getting work, even though they already have a bachelor's degree. Some of them are influenced by age, salary, work experience and GPA. Therefore, researchers conducted an analysis of the factors that influence the length of time looking for work for women graduates of the Development Economics Study Program, FEB, Riau University, which aims to determine the influence of age, wages and work experience on the length of looking for work for educated female workers who graduated from the FEB Development Economics Study Program. Riau University. The analytical model used in this research is multiple linear regression data. The sample used was 78 students from a total population of 781 female students who graduated from the S1 Development Economics Study Program, Riau University from 2013 to 2018. The results of this research show that the most influential thing is the length of time looking for work for women who graduated from the Development Economics Study Program, FEB Riau University. is choosing too many jobs with the desired wage standard. Meanwhile, the factors of age, work experience and GPA have a significant influence.
